FACE OILS | AMOUNT TO USE |
Face oils should only be used if there is a condition that requests it. | Dilute in half ounce of almond oil |
Avoid, the eyes, nose and mouth area. | 6 months - 2 years 1 drop |
3 - 5 years 1 - 3 drops | |
6 - 10 years 1 - 4 drops | |
11 and over 1 - 6 drops | |

Foot Baths | Amount to Use |
Fill a large bowl with warm water and add 1 teaspoon of diluted essential oil, swishing it around before placing the feet in the bowl. | Dilute in 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil |
2 - 5 years 1 drop | |
6 - 10 1- 2 drops | |
11 years and over 1 - 3 drops | |
Humidifiers | Amount to Use |
Add the essential oil to the water in the humidifier. Essential oils can leave a sticky residue. This should not be a problem with the type of humidifier that hangs over radiators. |
Any age 1 - 4 drops per pint of water. |
However, the more complex electrical types should be assessed before use, to see whether any sticky essential oil residue might damage your machine. | *Unless following instructions elsewhere in this book. |
