Naomi Campbell, 50, 'living with mystery boyfriend in USA' after welcoming baby
The 50 year old, whose friends hinted they already knew about her baby news, is said to have been dating the mystery man for the past 18 months.
The supermodel is claimed to be living in America with her new partner, with a source saying: "Naomi has really mellowed in the past year and is in a wonderful place in life."
The insider went on to explain that being plunged into lockdown led her to the decision to have a child as they continued: “She has been living in America with her boyfriend and is really happy.
"It finally felt like the perfect time to become a mother and she is over the moon.
“The first lockdown allowed her to stop and take stock of the important things and she decided now was the time to properly look into starting a family."
They added to The Sun Online: “She recently told her team that she no longer wanted to work at weekends and has been prioritising the things in her life that make her happy.”
OK! has approached Naomi's representatives for further comment.
Naomi announced the news of her beautiful baby girl on her Instagram feed, sharing a picture of the tot's tiny feet resting in her hand.
She wrote: “A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother, So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you my angel. There is no greater love.”
Naomi, who recently made her first appearance since announcing the news, has not shared any further details on her baby girl, including her name. She simply tagged her own mother, Valerie Morris-Campbell in the picture of her daughter.
Messages of congratulations immediately poured in from fans and friends. One person wrote: “Congratulations, Naomi! You were kissed by God today.”
Another delighted follower said: “omg congratulations. God bless you.”
Actress Zoe Saldana commented: “oh my goodness congrats lady! What a blessing!!!”
Marc Jacobs wrote: “Oh my God!!!!! Today is the day?? How absolutely incredible. How lucky she is and how lucky you are! What a wonderful Mother you will be. Blessings all around.”
