"Double the blessings," This Morning presenter Rochelle Humes commented, as The X Factor contestant Alexandra Burke said: "I'm sooooooo happy for you!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats queen! You're so blessed."
"Wow congratulations!!!! How amazing I've got tears of happiness for you and your beautiful family," Love Island's Kaz Crossley said, while Amber Davies gushed: "My heart just burst!!!! Congratulations".
Pinnock's bandmate Perrie Edwards, who welcomed her first child with boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on Saturday, August 21, shared her well-wishes, too.
"Two bundles of absolute joy! I love you my Lee Lee," she typed.
Pinnock confirmed that she and Gray, 30, were expecting back in May, telling fans: "We've dreamed about this moment for so long and we can't believe the dream is finally coming true."
The pair have been together since 2016, and announced their engagement in May 2020.
In other Little Mix news, Jesy Nelson recently opened up on her relationship with her former bandmates, saying she think they'll be just as successful as a trio.
"I reckon they'll look after their babies, go off and do their own things for a while, then make a comeback together. I think they're just as sick as a three. They're still doing it for girl power. I still love them to pieces. They were like my sisters."
